Me: It’s an ongoing process that could take a life time to surface but it’s there. It affects your quality of life due to the fact that there are so many yummier and less detrimental foods you could be eating...But we don’t realize that it is affecting our quality of life because we have already been exposed from such a young age that we know no different… lol hmm maybe I need to lay off the caffeine during the school year… Lol and I am so glad that you are not dead dear cousin of mine :)
Sarah: except for texas hots they are life giving I amsure of it...what kind of life may be the question...:)
